Alif is a highly experienced mixologist with a track record of working in the hospitality industry for over 12 years, both in Phuket and overseas. Throughout his career, he has perfected the art of mixing drinks and has become renowned for his elegant, delicate, and detailed cocktails that ensure a memorable guest experience.

Alif's approach to mixology is strongly influenced by the classic service style of casual, trendy bars. He has honed his skills through the British Bar Academy program and by working alongside famous mixologists. His extensive experience working with a diverse list of clients in the luxury hotels and resorts sector, as well as independent restaurants and bars, has given him a deep understanding of hospitality operations in this highly competitive market.

Alif is inspired by his exotic travels and his interactions with local people, which is reflected in the stories behind his cocktail creations. His cocktails have a soul that elevates the drinking experience.

Yann
With more than 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, Yann kickstarted his career right after completing his studies in hospitality on the French Riviera and the French Alps. He then embarked on an overseas journey that took him around the globe, working in 5-star hotels and resorts, as well as Michelin Star restaurants across Europe, the West Indies, Canada, the United States, Australia, the Sultanate of Oman, and finally, Thailand.

Throughout his career, Yann progressed from a Waiter to a Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Assistant Manager, gaining a deep understanding of guest expectations, and becoming well-versed in all aspects of business management.
​
In 2014, Yann began working in Phuket, where he met Alif, and the two have since collaborated for 7 years, with some pre-opening roles before ultimately deciding to start their own business, leveraging their complementary expertise.
Yann strongly believes that hospitality is all about passion and that true success is not merely about financial gain, but instead about pursuing one's interests while caring for the people around them.

Naming their business "Little Tribe" came naturally, as a tribe represents a group of individuals connected to one another and to a shared idea.
